No refunds will be made for late bookings and cancellations made 72 hours before the charter date. 50% refund is made for cancellations made 2-14 days before the charter date. The yacht owner has the right to refuse contracts that may be deemed harmful to the yacht’s reputation, crew or program, although they will do their best to re-hire the yacht. The yacht owner will reimburse the net charter fee amount resulting from the re charter, after deducting all commissions and expenses.

MYBA contracts, which are mostly used in luxury yacht charters, have similar but stricter cancellation conditions. In addition to this, an appendix has also been introduced for the COVID pandemic. In this appendix; First of all, the provisions to be applied in case the yacht owner or the tenant is badly affected by the epidemic before the charter, and in the second part, the provisions to be applied in the events that will occur during the charter and affect the charter process are included. Although these provisions do not cover all possible situations, it has been tried to be more decisive.
